The Boardroom is Kailua's intimate farm-to-table venue for private events on Oʻahu's Windward side. Whether you're hosting an intimate dinner for 15 or a full property buyout for 120, we craft custom menus and handcrafted cocktails sourced from over 27 local Hawaii farms.

We accommodate parties from 15 to 120 guests across two formats:
Private Dinners — from 15 guests: An intimate seated dining experience inside The Boardroom, with a custom seasonal menu designed for your event.
Private Events with Catering & Beverage Packages — 25 to 120 guests: Full property buyouts with custom food and beverage packages, perfect for larger gatherings, ceremonies, and receptions.

Booking Terms
- All private events must be booked with a minimum of 2 weeks notice
- A 50% security deposit is required upon booking to hold the date
- Remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event date
