1. Do you take reservations?

Yes, we strongly recommend reservations. With only 50 seats in our intimate dining room, walk-ins are subject to availability. Book your table directly through our Yelp Reservations system.
 

2. What are your hours?

We're open for dinner Wednesday through Sunday from 5pm. Closed Monday and Tuesday. Drinks served until close. Last seating for food is 8:15pm. Dessert available until 9pm. Wed/Thu/Sun close at 10pm; Fri/Sat close at 11pm.
 

3. Do you have Happy Hour?

Yes! We offer two distinct happy hours:

• Daily Happy Hour: Wednesday-Sunday, 5pm–6pm — $15 signature cocktails, $8 vodka oyster shooters, $5 off select appetizers

• Reverse Happy Hour: Friday & Saturday, 9pm–11:30pm — $1 off all beers, $15 signature cocktails, plus Garden pizzas brought over from our adjoining sister restaurant
   

4. What kind of food do you serve?

The Boardroom features a seasonal farm-to-table shared-plates menu sourced from local Hawaii farmers, distillers, and producers. Our menu changes seasonally to reflect what's freshest. Expect contemporary American with Pacific Rim and Hawaiian influences — think locally-sourced ribeye, microgreens, oysters, and house-made everything.
 

5. Are you kid-friendly?

The Boardroom is an intimate, upscale 21+ atmosphere designed for adult dining. While we don't refuse children, the menu, ambiance, and pricing are oriented toward adults. For a family-friendly experience, please visit our adjoining sister restaurant The Garden Kailua next door — handmade pizzas, breakfast, Dole Whip, live music, and 100% kid- and dog-friendly.
 

6. Are dogs allowed?

The Boardroom welcomes well-behaved dogs on our outdoor lanai. (Indoor dining is dogs-out.) Our sister restaurant The Garden next door is also dog-friendly throughout the entire outdoor space.
 

7. Is there a dress code?

We don't enforce a strict dress code, but we suggest smart casual. Most guests dress for a nice night out — no swimwear, beachwear, or athletic clothing.
 

8. Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Yes. We offer gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian options, and our team is happy to accommodate allergies and other dietary needs. Please note any restrictions in your reservation notes or let your server know when you arrive.
 

9. Where is The Boardroom located?

We're at 44 Kainehe Street in Kailua town, on the windward side of Oahu. We share an address with our sister restaurant The Garden Kailua — same block, same property.
 

10. Is there parking?

Street parking is available on Kainehe Street and surrounding Kailua town blocks. There's no dedicated lot, but parking is generally easy to find within a short walk.
 

11. Do you offer private dining or event hosting?

Yes! We host private dinners, weddings, corporate events, retirement parties, birthdays, and more — accommodating up to 120 guests when combining The Boardroom and The Garden. Private buyouts available for the entire property. Inquire about private events here.
 

12. Do you have live music?

The Boardroom itself is an intimate dining experience without live music. However, our adjoining sister restaurant The Garden Kailua hosts live local music six nights a week at 6pm (Mon, Wed–Sun), Tuesday Trivia at 6pm, and monthly Sunday Brunch and Vendor Pop-Up events.
 

13. Can I get pizza at The Boardroom?

Yes — during our Reverse Happy Hour Friday & Saturday from 9pm-11:30pm, we bring Garden pizzas over from our adjoining sister restaurant. For pizza throughout the day, visit The Garden directly next door.

14. Is there outdoor seating?

Yes! We have an open-air lanai with patio dining, plus our famous wave bench indoors. Both indoor and outdoor seating available — let us know your preference when you reserve.
 

15. How big is The Boardroom?

We seat only 50 guests total — that's the intentional intimacy. It's why reservations are recommended and why every meal feels personal. The full property (including The Garden) accommodates up to 120 for private events.
